With Bakken's personal data policy, we want to map in a clear and manageable way how we handle your personal information during your visit to bakken.dk

What information is processed, why and on what basis?
Marketing: Name and e-mail address in connection with registration with Bakken's benefit club MitBakken with a view to sending out newsletters to you who have given consent to this in your registration.

Webshop sales: General contact information (name, telephone number and e-mail address) and payment card information. The tray does not store information about means of payment, for example card numbers on payment cards or the like, this information is handled in our payment solution from EPAY (Bambora).

The information is processed in order to complete your purchases, including invoicing and shipping, and is thus processed as part of the fulfillment of an agreement, and possibly to remedy errors in connection with ordering and delivery. The information is not stored for other commercial purposes.

Personal data is stored for 5 years plus the current year to comply with the provisions of the Accounting Act.

When does data processing take place?
Collection, registration and processing of data takes place by completing purchases in our webshop, sending inquiries and marketing.

Who do we share the information with?
When you give us your email in connection with subscribing to MitBakken, including our newsletter, we pass on your email in encrypted form to Facebook in order to target our marketing via Facebook to you or people who are similar to you.

We use external suppliers for e.g. storage of data and development and operation of the website and the webshop. In this connection, your personal information is left to the following external suppliers:

As a member of MitBakken, you also accept that A / S Dyrehavsbakken may contact me by letter, telephone and electronic mail (eg e-mail, sms, mms) when marketing rides and exciting activities, events, competitions, hotel stays, souvenirs, clothing and toys and testing thereof. This also applies to offers from Bakken's shops and restaurants, etc. You can terminate your membership to MitBakken at any time without binding or notice. How long is the information processed?
We process your information as long as there is a business purpose for it.

We store your information, registered in connection with marketing, including subscription to our newsletter, until you decline such inquiries.
A / S Dyrehavsbakken also continuously deletes inactive users from the e-mail database.

We store and process personal information (name, address, telephone number and e-mail) regarding purchases in our webshop. This in case of possible issuance of new tickets and / or gift cards as a result of loss etc. If you want your personal information deleted earlier, this can be done by contacting us.

Data security
We have data security rules and procedures in place so that the data collected enjoys protection against loss, alteration or misuse.

Our data is protected behind firewalls and by antivirus programs. These systems will be able to detect, report, investigate and document security breaches.

If there is a breach of security, the Danish Data Protection Agency will be notified within 72 hours after the time of the finding of a breach of personal data security. In addition, the registered persons will be notified of the breach without undue delay.

We recognize that transparency is an ongoing responsibility. We will therefore continuously review and update this data protection policy.

Exercise of your rights
You can at any time access and gain insight into what information is registered about you. You can also have the processing of your data corrected, deleted or restricted at any time and object to the processing of this data.
